This Privacy Policy describes how Térence Plissonneau, trading as Térence Production ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Agency AI mobile application ("Application"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about our data practices.
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is:
Name: Térence Plissonneau (Térence Production) SIREN: 889981585 Address: 13 RUE de Montcalm, 31150 Gratentour, France Email: contact@high-agency.studio
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide

Onboarding Responses — During the onboarding process, you answer a series of questions about your habits, mindset, and decision-making. Your responses are collected and used to calculate your Agency Score across three dimensions: Clear Thinking, Disagreeability, and Bias to Action.
Conversations with Grant — When you interact with Grant, your messages and the AI's responses are stored to provide continuity in your coaching experience, to personalize the daily actions recommended to you, and to refine your Agency Score over time.
2.2 Information We Do Not Collect
We want to be transparent about what we do NOT collect:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Location data
- Device identifiers for tracking purposes
- Contacts or address book information
- Photos, videos, or other media
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Personalization — To personalize Grant's coaching and daily actions based on your onboarding responses, conversations, and progress.
Agency Score Calculation — To calculate and update your Agency Score based on your onboarding responses and ongoing interactions with Grant.
Service Delivery — To provide and maintain the core functionality of the Application.
Service Improvement — To understand how the Application is used and to improve our services.
4. AI Data Sharing and Processing
4.1 What Data Is Shared
To provide Grant, the AI coaching feature, the Application shares the following data with a third-party AI service:
- Your name (as entered during onboarding)
- Your onboarding responses (used to calculate your Agency Score and personalize coaching)
- The text content of every message you send to Grant
- Your conversation history with Grant (to provide context for personalized responses and daily actions)
This data is sent to the third-party AI service each time you interact with Grant.
4.2 Who Receives Your Data
Your data is sent to Anthropic, PBC, which operates the Claude AI model. Anthropic processes your data solely to generate Grant's responses within the Application. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy.
4.3 Why This Data Sharing Is Required
The Application's core functionality relies on AI-powered coaching. Your onboarding responses, messages, and conversation history are sent to Anthropic's API so that Grant can calculate your Agency Score, understand your context, and provide personalized coaching responses and daily actions. Without this data sharing, the Application cannot function.
4.4 Your Consent and Right to Refuse
Before using the Application, you are asked to consent to this data sharing. You have the right to refuse. However, because AI processing is essential to the Application's core functionality, refusing consent means the Application will not be accessible to you.
4.5 Third-Party Data Protection
Anthropic is contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Anthropic does not use your data to train its AI models when data is sent through its API. Anthropic applies industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data. For full details, see Anthropic's privacy policy at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy.
5. Other Third-Party Service Providers
In addition to Anthropic (described in Section 4), we use the following third-party services:
Supabase — Stores your name, onboarding responses, and conversation history. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy
Superwall / Apple — Manages subscription payments. These services process payment information directly; we do not store your payment details. Privacy policies: https://superwall.com/privacy and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
All third-party providers are required to protect your data with measures equivalent to or exceeding those described in this Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data (name, onboarding responses, and conversation history) for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow you to return to the Application. If you request deletion of your data, we will delete it within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information is transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, where our service providers (Anthropic, Supabase) are located. These transfers are necessary for the provision of the Service and are conducted with appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where required.

10. Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
11. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
Consent — You provide explicit consent to share your data with Anthropic for AI processing before using the Application.
Contract Performance — Processing is necessary to provide you with the Service you have subscribed to.
