Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Agency AI mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
1. Definitions
"Application" refers to Agency AI, the mobile application operated by the Provider.
"Provider" refers to Térence Plissonneau, trading as Térence Production, a micro-entrepreneur registered in France under SIREN 889981585.
"Grant" refers to the AI coach integrated within the Application.
"Service" refers to the AI coaching, daily actions, and all features provided through the Application.
"User" or "You" refers to any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the Application.
2. Eligibility
The Application is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use the Application under any circumstances. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Description of Service
Agency AI is a mobile application designed to help users develop personal agency—the capacity to act independently and make decisions regardless of circumstances. The Application features Grant, an AI-powered coach that assesses users across three dimensions (Clear Thinking, Disagreeability, and Bias to Action) and provides personalized daily actions to help users increase their agency. The Service is powered by artificial intelligence technology and provides personalized coaching based on user interactions.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
The Application offers subscription-based access with weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Prices are displayed in the Application and may vary by region. A free trial period may be offered at the Provider's discretion.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service and payment policies. The Provider does not have access to your payment information.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
4.4 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will be specified at the time of subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The free trial is available only once per Apple ID.
4.5 Refunds
Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or use the "Report a Problem" feature in your purchase history.
5. User Obligations
By using the Application, you agree to:
a) Provide accurate information when prompted (such as your name);
b) Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
c) Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application;
d) Not use the Application to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content;
e) Not share your subscription access with others or circumvent subscription requirements.
6. Important Disclaimer - Not Professional Advice
THE APPLICATION AND GRANT ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The AI coach Grant is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, therapeutic, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Grant is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or healthcare provider.
If you are experiencing mental health issues, emotional distress, or psychological difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. In case of emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
The Provider makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of any advice or recommendations provided by Grant. Any actions you take based on the Application's content are at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its content, features, functionality, design, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by the Provider and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
a) Your use or inability to use the Application;
b) Any conduct or content of any third party;
c) Any content obtained from the Application;
d) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall the Provider's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Termination
The Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
11. Modifications to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, you will be notified through the Application or by other means. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. For users within the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the use of the Application and supersede any prior agreements.
